Delivery & Returns
We will always try to ship your order within 1 business day from that you have made your order. Usually ff you make your order before 11.00 AM GMT+2 we will ship it the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day.

SHIPMENT FEE BY COUNTRY
Greece: 3 €
Shipments within Greece are free of charge for orders exceeding 100€. For orders below 100€., the shipping fee is €15. All shipments are fulfilled by ACS Courier.
Return fee is 3 €.
Europe: 10 €
Shipments to all countries within Europe are free of charge for orders exceeding 200€. For order below 200€, we charge 10€. The shipments are fulfilled by ELTA (Hellenic Post). Local tax and duties will add upon delivery when shipping to countries outside the European Union.
Return fee is 10-15 €.
USA: 15 €
Shipments within USA are free of charge for orders exceeding €250. For orders below €250, the shipping fee is 15€. All shipments are fulfilled by ELTA (Hellenic Post).).
Return fee is €15.
Rest of the world: 30€
Shipments for the rest of the world the shipping fee is 30€. All shipments are fulfilled by ELTA (Hellenic Post).).
Return fee is 30 €.

ACS will deliver your parcel to a hub near you and you will be notified by SMS when the delivery has arrived. Therefore it is important that you give your mobile phone number when you register your details.
ELTA: (EU,USA and rest of the world)

ELTA will hand over the package to your national postal service which will deliver your parcel to the delivery address given in your order. It is important that you give your mobile phone number when you register your details.
Orders are shipped out from Bonendis warehouse located in Pireas, Greece.
You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. No fee is charged for card or PayPal payments. For purchases within Greece you can also pay on delivery. For Card payments we cooperate with Braintree who provide the card payment service with 3DSecure. The transaction of credit card data is encrypted.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have the right to return your ordered products within 10 days of receiving the products, given that the product is unused and in its original condition. In case of exchange or return, you will pay for the return shipping, and Bonendis will not refund any shipment or payment costs. In case of a quality claim due to a damaged or faulty product, within 6 months from the purchace date, we will replace the product free of charge or refund what you have paid, including the shipping cost.
If you need to return a product, please contact us at email@example.com and we will send you a return waybill. The cost for the return freight is 5 EUR within Greece, 15 EUR in the US, 10 EUR in Europe and 30 EUR for the rest of the world, and will be deducted from the payment refund to you. Use the same bag your order was received in. Stick the return waybill over the old waybill and return the package to the delivery service. Please note that you as a customer are responsible for the goods until they reach us, why it is important you keep the tracking number.
In case of a return we will refund your payment, with the shipping costs deducted as described above. Any payment costs related to the purchase will not be refunded. We will refund the payment to your card or PayPal account as soon as we have recieved the product back and confirmed that it is unused and in its original condition.
If you need to make a claim regarding your Bonendis product purchased at Bonendis.com due to a flaw in its quality, within 6 months from the purchace date please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org . We will evaluate the defect and try to help you. Claim rights do not apply to defects caused by wear and tear or incorrect usage. If you contact us by email, please explain the reason for your claim and send along high quality images of the defect plus your web order number or a scan or photo of your receipt.
If a package is damaged at arrival, you should report it immediately at the site. If you have opened the package and detect a damage, please contact us.
A package will be kept at the delivery hub for 15 days. If you don’t collect it and it is returned to us, we will charge you for the costs incurred, 5€ within Greece, 10 EUR in Europe and 15 EUR in rest of the world.
